Job Description Reporting to the Senior Production Director, as a Senior Post Producer, you will take a leadership role in managing complex post-production projects, optimizing workflows, and ensuring seamless collaboration between internal and external stakeholders. Your primary responsibilities will be: - Lead post-production efforts across multiple workstreams, ensuring efficiency and quality. - Develop and optimize workflows for creative/social and localization projects. - Manage relationships with vendors, freelancers, and internal stakeholders. - Conduct final quality checks and oversee (localization) accuracy. - Train and mentor junior post producers to build a strong team. - Book and allocate editing resource. - Embed a commercially minded culture and support the team to maximise all commercial opportunities. - Develop client relati
