Full Job Description

Amazon Pay is redefining how customers pay — on Amazon, across the internet, and at the doorstep. We are looking for a Product Manager III - Tech to lead payment experiences across three critical areas: Digital Pay on Delivery (DPOD), checkout for internal Amazon group entity merchants, and agentic/AI-led commerce. In this role, you will own the DPOD product end-to-end driving success rates, scaling digital adoption, and making Amazon Pay the default digital payment option for pay-on-delivery customers. You will also build Amazon Pay's checkout as a full-stack experience for merchants, partner with Amazon group entities (AWS, Kindle, Audible) to unify payment experiences contributing ~$10M+ in revenue, and define how payments work in emerging AI-driven experiences including agent-initiated commerce. This is a high-impact role for a builder who thrives at the intersection of payments, platform strategy, and cutting-edge technology. Key job responsibilities - Own Digital Pay on Delivery (DPOD) Payment Experience i.e. drive success rates, optimize PSP stack performance, and improve the customer payment experience at the doorstep - Scale DPOD adoption i.e. grow the DPOD customer cohort by identifying conversion barriers, running experiments, and partnering with delivery, risk, and operations teams to increase digital payment penetration for COD customers - Own and drive Amazon Pay's checkout as a full-stack experience, and scale adoption across large enterprises and long-tail merchants. Improve checkout conversion rates and make Amazon Pay the preferred checkout layer for merchants - Partner with Amazon group entities (AWS, Kindle, Audible, etc.) to design and deliver a unified payment experience, targeting ~$10M+ in revenue contribution - Define the product vision for next-gen payment experiences in agentic and AI-led commerce, enabling seamless agent-initiated transactions across Amazon and external ecosystems - Drive alignment across emerging markets on ownership and
