We’re looking for someone with a PMO skill set, who is passionate about doing the right thing for the change initiatives. The role will be suitable for someone with a proactive attitude, who works well as both part of a team and independently at times. **What will you be doing?** * Providing day to day support of the Head of Finance Transformation for complex and large scale projects **across the key** PMO pillars (Governance / Planning / Risk / Financials) so that we can; * Proactively highlight deviations, trends and issues ahead of time (Governance) * Call out issues/trends/impacts, identifying themes and areas for investigation to support delivery (Planning) * Provide confidence that change is managed to clear risk tolerances within an effective system for predictable, no surprises delivery (Risk) * Act on behalf of the “Bank Manager” and ensure agreed investment money is spent appropriately and action is taken where it is not * Day to day engagement with a range of local stakeholders involved in all aspects of Change activity to drive effective deployed support across areas **What we’re looking for?** * A PMO/governance experience with a solid record of delivering change (preferably 2-4 years) * A self-starter, able to operate with minimal line intervention, accountable for managing own workload to successful conclusions * Strong relationship management skills with senior stakeholders * Collaborative in nature with an inquisitive mind; passionate about removing waste and killing complexity * Solid understanding of IT and Business Portfolios and strategy * Understanding of key change management tools e.g. Planview, PPM, JIRA * Understanding of data, can analyse and turn it into ins
