What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technicalusiness discipline, Minimum of 8-10 years as a Business Analyst, with a heavy focus on PLM systems (e. g. , Dassault Systèmes, Siemens Teamcenter, or PTC Windchill) in large-scale enterprise environments, Expertise in requirement gathering (BPMN, User Stories), data modeling, and deep understanding of product development processes (Change & Configuration Management), Proficiency in English (Advanced/C1)
Nice to Have
Spanish language skills are a significant advantage, Proven track record in the Aerospace or Automotive industry, Familiarity with both Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
What You'll Do.
Lead Stakeholder Engagement
and document detailed functional and non-functional PLM requirements
Translate complex business needs into actionable user stories
and technical specifications
Collaborate closely with IT Architects and Development teams from conceptual design through to deployment
Perform in-depth analysis of existing PLM processes (TDM
Identify bottlenecks and propose innovative improvements in workflow efficiency
Develop comprehensive test plans
Act as a Subject Matter Expert on industry trends and emerging PLM technologies

Team & Collaboration
Key interface between business stakeholders and Digital teams; Act as the bridge that translates complex aerospace engineering needs into high-impact PLM solutions; Collaborate closely with IT Architects and Development teams
Communication Scope
Excellent communication and presentation skills; Engaging both technical developers and senior business stakeholders in an international environment
