Lead design of DDM platform workflows
Define and evolve cross-surface interaction patterns
Govern and evolve DDM design system
Conduct research with users
Design for appropriate complexity
Balance clinical workflow fidelity
Build interactive prototypes
Run validation sessions
Partner with platform engineering
Collaborate with Product Owners
Collaborate with Product Managers
Write stories and acceptance criteria
