2–3 years hands-on experience in large DSP platforms, 2–3 years campaign management, 2–3 years client-facing experience, Ability to pick up new technology fast, Organizational skills, Attention to detail, Clear, confident communication, Ability to work well with & without constant direction, Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, BAS degree in Business or Communications
