Must Have
4+ years of experience building production-grade backend systems and microservices, expertise in Python, FastAPI, and asynchronous programming, Deep understanding of microservices, distributed systems, and cloud-native architecture, Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EKS, Lambda, SQS, SNS, and RDS, Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools like GitLab pipelines, database experience across relational, NoSQL, graph, and caching systems, Knowledge of authentication and authorization frameworks (OAuth2, JWT, RBAC), Experience with observability, monitoring, and performance optimization in production systems, Ability to work in fast-paced, high-impact product environments, problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to system design and scalability
Nice to Have
Exposure to fintech systems, payment integrations, or regulatory frameworks is a plus
