To help scale and expand the product, we’re looking for several Senior Software Engineers who are both generalists and specialists: you know a little about everything and a lot about something. Our customers include some of the world’s best software companies, such as Miro, Webflow, Superhuman, and Lovable. We’re a team of experienced engineers who care deeply about our craft. ABOUT THE ROLE AND HOW WE WORK You will be the first person at Swarmia fully dedicated to infrastructure and security. Until now, this work has been distributed across our Head of Engineering and our platform team. We have reached 99.9% uptime every year since founding, built on Google Cloud and managed with Terraform - and we want to keep it that way as we scale. This is a high-ownership role. You will report directly to our Head of Engineering and work closely with Platform Team, and other product development teams. You will not only maintain what we have - you will improve it systematically, drive down costs, and raise our security posture. We use AI-assisted development actively across the engineering team. We expect this to lower the bar for contributing code alongside infrastructure work, and we will support you in developing that skill from day one.
