What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10+ years planning experience in construction or MEP environments, expertise in Primavera P6 (essential), Experience delivering complex, high‑value projects, understanding of project controls and risk management, Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications, Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, Proven leadership and team‑management experience
Nice to Have
PMI‑SP or similar certification beneficial, Experience in large‑scale MEP projects is desirable
