What They're Looking For.
Must Have
12 years of professional experience in site planning, construction management, or site supervision, Proven expertise in project scheduling, resource planning, and site coordination, knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations applicable in Saudi Arabia, Proficiency with construction management software and project planning tools, Demonstrated ability to analyze complex project data and develop effective solutions, Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities, leadership and interpersonal skills with experience supervising diverse teams, Advanced technical knowledge of construction drawings, blueprints, and Building Information Modeling (BIM), Proficiency in budget management and cost control, Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Problem-solving mindset with a detail-oriented approach to work
Nice to Have
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, Experience with ERP systems and advanced project management platforms, Previous experience working on large-scale infrastructure or commercial projects in the Middle East
What You'll Do.
Supervise and coordinate daily site activities
Analyze project requirements and identify risks
Monitor project progress against timelines and budgets
Prepare detailed reports and documentation
Collaborate with project managers
Ensure adherence to safety protocols
