Eligibility Requirements

Candidate will be moving outside UAE (to an Asian Country FEED location) for 6 – 8 months and then returning to UAE.

Must Have

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent, Minimum Overall 15 + years of experience in the oil and gas sector., Minimum 5–7 years in offshore FEED / detailed engineering projects., 10–15 + years of experience in planning/scheduling within oil & gas projects, Strong proficiency in planning tools: Primavera P6 (mandatory), Solid understanding of FEED and EPC project lifecycles, Knowledge of engineering deliverables and dependencies, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Excellent knowledge of critical path method (CPM) and scheduling techniques, High attention to detail and ability to manage complex schedules, Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environments

Nice to Have

Additional certification in Project Management (PMP / PRINCE2) is an advantage, MS Project (optional), Experience in WHT, subsea pipeline installation, and marine operations., Prior experience working in PMC roles and ADNOC Offshore projects is highly preferred.

Monitoring project progress against baseline schedules and highlighting deviations.

Performing critical path analysis and identifying potential delays and risks.

Developing mitigation and recovery plans to ensure project timelines are met.

Tracking engineering deliverables and ensuring alignment with FEED timelines.

Reviewing EPC contractor schedules for completeness

Ensuring contractors adhere to project planning procedures and ADNOC standards (if applicable).

Interfacing with engineering disciplines to ensure schedule alignment.

Participating in schedule review meetings and providing planning insights.

Developing progress measurement systems and tracking project performance.

Preparing weekly and monthly progress reports including schedule performance indices (SPI)

critical issues and risks.

Preparing dashboards and presentations for senior management and client stakeholders.

Identifying schedule risks and conducting risk analysis (qualitative/quantitative).

Supporting development of mitigation strategies and contingency plans.

Conducting look-ahead planning (2-week / 4-week rolling plans).

Coordinating closely with engineering teams (multi-discipline)
