THE ROLE We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with a proven track record indigital marketing, growing our Affiliates and Influencers activities. You will work closelywith the Lead of Affiliates & Influencers, peers and the wider marketing team. You will manage recruitment and the activation of new, on-brand affiliate/influencer partners,across a variety of different categories, including shopping aggregators, voucher codes, cashback partners, and more. You will report directly to the Affiliates Lead andsupport business and channel goals, representing our global brand and values. ## WHAT YOU'LL DO Lead high-priority commercial analysis, framing hypotheses and delivering actionable, data-driven insights Maintain a comprehensive view of the business, connecting supply, brand/category performance, marketing, promotions and customer behaviour, to accurately unpick performance drivers and their impact on topline Partner with a variety of stakeholders t
