Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical field, Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in project planning and scheduling for large-scale construction or infrastructure projects, Expert-level mastery of Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project, Deep understanding of construction methodologies, CPM (Critical Path Method) scheduling, and resource leveling, Exceptional written and oral communication skills
Nice to Have
Experience with Tilos or Acumen Fuse, PMP (Project Management Professional) or PSP (Planning & Scheduling Professional) certifications, Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment, analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities, Leadership skills to mentor junior planners and drive a culture of accountability
