Experience in a corporate investigations, compliance, or risk function—even at a supporting level, Exposure to insider threat concepts, DLP tools, or security monitoring workflows, Familiarity with how physical access data intersects with logical/IT access governance and identity management, Experience coordinating with HR, Legal, or Facilities on sensitive matters, Relevant certifications such as PSP, CPP, or Security+, or interest in pursuing them, Background in financial services, market intelligence, or a data-sensitive technology environment, fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese is a meaningful plus given the regional scope of the role, Intellectually curious about insider threat and security investigation concepts, and eager to build capability in those areas with team support, Singapore citizen or Permanent Resident strongly preferred
