As a Reticle (Photomask) Project Coordinator, you play a meaningful role in turning design intent into manufacturable reality. You will lead reticle projects end to end, coordinating across global partners to ensure accurate, on‑time delivery. This is a hands‑on, highly visible role that blends semiconductor fundamentals with strong project leadership and problem solving. ### ### Responsibilities: * Own reticle projects from design definition through mask delivery * Develop and implement project plans that ensure quality, schedule, and risk alignment * Define, document, and manage reticle and layout change requirements * Drive issue resolution through structured problem solving and multi-functional engagement * Improve tapeout efficiency, cycle time, and quality through process and documentation improvements ### ### Minimum Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related science field * 2+ years of hands‑on experience managing reticle or photomask projects * Solid understanding of semiconductor manufacturing with exposure to photolithography * Experience operating in an HVM environment with strong organizational and multitasking skills * Clear, concise communication skills in English with the ability to lead complex discussions ### ### Preferred Qualifications: * M
