Must Have
Verbal and written communication skills, Ability to build and maintain relationships, Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Suite applications, Comfortable with being in the field 5 days/week, Valid state driver's license
Nice to Have
Previous Sales experience with documented success, Ability to analyze sales data & market trends, Experience utilizing Salesforce or similar CRM tool, Bachelor's degree -OR- Equivalent Experience, Specialty Pharmacy or Healthcare experience
What You'll Do.
Leverage geographic analysis
Engage with Physician offices
Influence physicians to route patients' prescriptions
Increase orders to CenterWell Pharmacy
Build relationships with front and back-office staff
Conduct sales calls within territory
Provide staff education on options for patient use
Become a knowledgeable resource regarding specialty pharmacy medications
Become a knowledgeable resource regarding Humana pharmacy benefits
