Life science graduate, Pharmacy qualification, Nursing qualification, Healthcare related qualification, Pharmacovigilance experience, 1 year line manager experience, Medical Device experience required, Fluent English spoken, Fluent English written, Advanced MS Office literacy
What You'll Do.
Lead ICSR management team
Line manage ICSR staff
Ensure task distribution
Oversee workflow process
Exert activities for cooperation with clients
Contribute to company goals
Work under supervision
Provide support to project team
Create project specific KPIs
Optimize actions to increase efficiency
Propose process changes
Manage ICSR deviations
Review timesheet data
Ensure accuracy of data
Perform 2nd QC of cases
Support other departments
Support RA & PV Network Department
