Must Have
Lead end‑to‑end performance testing lifecycle, Define performance test strategies, Design and execute load, stress, endurance, spike, and scalability tests, Establish non‑functional requirements (NFRs), Provide go‑live performance sign‑off, production readiness assessments
Nice to Have
Candidates with experience in Banking / Payments domain, LoadRunner / LoadRunner Enterprise / Micro Focus Performance Center, Handon experience on AppDynamics monitoring/ Alerting and automation Kibana/ eSaaS, OS and infrastructure monitoring tools, Web applications (REST / SOAP APIs), Microservices and containerized architectures, Databases: Oracle, SQL Server and AWR analysis, Message queues (Kafka / MQ – conceptual understanding), Performance testing in cloud environments, CI/CD integration (Jenkins, Git), Awareness of AWS and Azure environment
