What They're Looking For.
Must Have
experience in performance testing and software quality assurance, understanding different levels of performance validation, ability to ensure scalability and responsiveness, Previous experience in performance testing within a product development organization, ability to translate real-world performance issues into effective test strategies, Hands-on experience with performance testing tools such as Robot Framework, JMeter, Ranorex, Gatling, or LoadRunner, familiarity with monitoring and profiling tools (e. g. , Application Insights, Grafana, Prometheus), Experience in scripting languages like JavaScript or Python, solid understanding of Git, solid understanding of CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps or Jenkins, Ability to analyze system behavior under load, Ability to identify bottlenecks, Ability to provide actionable recommendations for optimization, Interest and motivation to work in agile software development, collaborating closely with developers, QA, and operations teams, Good communication skills, fluent language skills in Finnish and English
