Must Have

Nice to Have
Some experience of the Middle Office and the Performance workflow, with previous exposure to systems such as B-One, Eagle or StatPro a real plus., CFA qualifications desirable

and how the competitive landscape affects the market.
Understand client types and user workflows with the goal of identifying areas of potential growth
and then execute on those opportunities through client engagement and commercial discussions
Design tailored product demonstrations to highlight the value add of our performance solution to meet specific investment management needs.
Share insights from client interactions to help shape product strategy and future development
Seek out additional ways to make an impact such as mentoring others

Report the current state of opportunities to senior management on a regular basis
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
work alongside the existing IBS Specialist Teams.; Partner with multiple stakeholders such as generalist sales team, analytics specialists, sales engineering and consultants to run sales engagements; Build & expand relationships across an international network of individuals at varying levels of the organization, including Product Development, Implementation, etc. as well as outside amongst clients and prospects.

The Performance Specialist is responsible for driving the assessment and qualification of Performance products and services to prospective buyers and will work alongside the existing IBS Specialist Teams.
