ABOUT CAMBLY Cambly is a US-based edtech platform connecting learners with native English tutors via on-demand video. We are live in 180+ countries with high-growth markets across APAC, LATAM, and EMEA. You will join a small, high-ownership global marketing team and have direct impact across our most important markets. ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to execute and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across multiple global markets. This is a fully remote, individual contributor role with a high degree of autonomy — you will own campaign performance end-to-end, work cross-functionally with global teams, and bring a data-driven point of view to every decision. This is the right role for someone who wants real ownership, not just execution. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Campaign Execution & Optimization - Own and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, Tiktok and other Global platforms for multiple international markets - Monitor daily performance and optimize for CAC, ROAS, and overall marketing efficiency - Test creatives, audiences, and placements in collaboration with the creative team - Build and maintain campaign reports and creative performance analysis - Contribute to budget planning and growth forecasting across markets Collaboration & Market Insights - Work cross-functionally with Creative, and Global Marketing teams - Ensure campaigns are culturally relevant and properly localized for each market - Stay informed on platform updates, algorithm changes, and competitive activity across markets, including partnering with platform account reps - Partner with local market experts where needed to ensure relevance and accuracy QUALIFICATIONS Required - 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing / paid media - Proven track record managing Google Ads and Meta campaigns at scale with measurable results - Experience running campaigns across multiple markets or regions - Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-
