About the role: We're looking for a strategic, results-driven Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead our paid social efforts across Mexico and Canada, driving customer acquisition and business growth through high-impact social and video channels. This role will own the end-to-end strategy and execution of paid social campaigns with a focus on building full-funnel programs, rigorous experimentation, and delivering measurable impact on pipeline and revenue. You'll play a key role in scaling our campaigns across Meta (Facebook flag risks and opportunities proactively. Partner with Marketing Operations to ensure proper UTM tagging, CRM integration, and attribution across all programs.
