What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, Deep expertise in at least one (ideally two) of the following areas: Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliates, CRM, SEO, Programmatic, Offline channels e. g. Direct Mail, Print, TV, Proven experience using tools to manage, execute, and monitor the results of performance channels, Data Driven and highly analytical, Experience using BI tools (such as Looker) to extract insights, build performance forecasts, and define clear next steps based on rigorous analysis, Clear and concise communicator who can align different teams toward a common goal, Comfortable working as One Team with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and Commercial departments to secure buy-in for new initiatives through data-backed logic, Expected to execute quickly with limited guidance, Track record of project managing small working groups independently and maintaining excellence level standards for every task, from high-level strategy to operational updates, Ability to understand the small business landscape and translate member needs into effective, compliant marketing messaging that drives value for both the user and Tide

Deliver the UK acquisition roadmap
Lead performance marketing activities for Wealth Services
Admin Services and others
Own performance analysis and reporting
Use data to draw actionable conclusions
and define next steps
Support the planning process by building data-driven forecasts
Manage day-to-day operational tasks
including website and offer updates
Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders across Product
Communicate objectives and secure buy-in for new projects through data-backed evidence
Support the wider Member Accession Marketing (MAM) department by translating strategic ideas into clear
executable briefs for channel managers

ABOUT THE ROLE: As a Senior Performance Marketing Manager at Tide, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our UK market. Working closely with the Performance Marketing Lead, you will support the acquisition roadmap for our core Business Current Account while also spearheading marketing initiatives for our high-growth verticals, including Wealth Services and Insurance. This is a versatile, cross-functional role that offers a holistic view of the business. You will collaborate with channel specialists, analytics teams, and commercial stakeholders to ensure we hit our core KPIs.
