Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple channels and international markets, multi-market and cross-cultural marketing understanding, Advanced budgeting skills, data analysis skills, Experience with creative testing frameworks and continuous optimization, Process-oriented mindset with the ability to build scalable systems and playbooks, Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, Ability to balance hands-on execution with strategic thinking and process improvement, Professional English proficiency
Nice to Have
Experience in edtech, consumer apps, or subscription businesses, Familiarity with attribution and analytics platforms (e. g. Appsflyer, Adjust, GA4, Looker), Experience with AI tools applied to marketing automation or creative testing, Experience with local or regional ad platforms (Naver, Kakao, etc.)
