Minimum 15 years of experience in performance management or operations, experience in monitoring and managing KPIs within large infrastructure or railway projects, Proven experience in driverless metro or automated transit systems, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, Experience in operations planning and performance improvement strategies, Ability to evaluate complex performance data and implement corrective actions, stakeholder management and coordination skills, Excellent communication, presentation, and reporting abilities, Proficiency in performance management tools and data analysis
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
