Proven experience operating in a senior performance, delivery, portfolio or enterprise transformation role within a large, complex and highly regulated organisation, Exceptional stakeholder orchestration skills, A track record of framing complex information into clear, decision-ready narratives for senior leadership, analytical capability, Experience operating within, and pragmatically applying, Agile delivery frameworks, enterprise delivery methodologies and governance standards, written and verbal communication skills, Comfort working across multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, Proficiency with enterprise planning, reporting and delivery tooling

Experience in financial services or a similarly regulated environment

Orchestrate annual and quarterly planning cycles

* **You are a performance leader, adept at managing key Transformation stakeholders** * **We are looking for a driven and experienced Leader to join our Team** * **Together, we will uplift performance to better serve our customers and colleagues** **Your team** We are seeking a strategic and stakeholder-focused Senior Manager to join Payments & Enterprise Transformation (P&ET). P&ET works across the organisation, and is responsible for the End-to-End management of strategy, planning and driving modernisation execution. **Your role** The Senior Performance Lead reports to the Executive Manager Performance – Monoliths and plays a critical role in enabling delivery and decision‑making across Payments & Enterprise Transformation. This role operates as an enterprise performance ensuring priorities across multiple technology domains are governed and decision‑ready, even where direct delivery accountability sits elsewhere. You will work across the broad Payments & Enterprise Transformation portfolio to uplift planning quality, performance transparency and financial governance, and to ensure work is executed in alignment with enterprise outcomes. Acting as a trusted partner to senior leaders, delivery teams (Crews) and enabling functions, you will translate strategy and investment intent into executable priorities, support surfacing delivery risks and trade‑offs, and provide clear, data‑driven insights to support timely and effective decision‑making.
