* **We’re** leading Financial Crime and as a Senior Performance Lead, you are driving workforce strategy and change management to deliver domain-wide impact. * **You have** strong experience in governance, workforce planning, strategy and change management, turning complex data into clear insights and aligned outcomes. * **Together we** drive performance through data-led decisions and change management, building a future-ready workforce. **Do work that matters** : At the heart of CBA’s Financial Crime Domain, this Senior Performance Lead role sits at the intersection of strategy, data and impact. Operating at a true Domain level within Governance and Strategy, you will shape how we plan, mobilise and future‑proof our workforce to stay ahead of complex and evolving financial crime threats. You will lead sophisticated workforce planning initiatives that ensure the Financial Crime Services Division has the right skills, capabilities and capacity now and into the future. Working closely with the Executive Manager Governance and Strategy and the GM Transformation Lead, Financial Crime, your influence will directly support the protection of customers, colleagues and the broader community. This is work where insight, foresight and execution combine to deliver meaningful, enterprise‑wide outcomes. As a highly experienced workforce planning expert, you will translate complex data into clear, compelling insights that enable confident decision‑making at the most senior levels. The role is critical to both current and future workforce strategy, major change initiatives, and the delivery of high‑quality reporting and concise documentation for GMs and senior leaders across the Group.
