Location: Costa Rica. Mode: Remote We at Coforge are hiring Senior Performance Engineer (#21457) with the following skill set. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute performance test scripts using tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or k6. Perform load, stress, spike, and endurance testing to validate system performance, reliability, and scalability. Monitor application performance and identify bottlenecks, latency issues, and resource utilization concerns. Analyze performance test results and prepare detailed reports with actionable recommendations for optimization and improvement. Collaborate closely with development and QA teams to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve performance-related issues. Support performance tuning initiatives across applications, databases, and infrastructure environments. Contribute to performance engineering best practices and continuous improvement efforts. Required Skills & Qualifications 5+ years of experience in performance testing or performance engineering.
