We value great work with talented, innovative & driven people, making meaningful connections with like-minded creatives along the way!   ROLE We’re looking for a Senior Creative Strategist with performance creative experience to own the creative direction and performance strategy across client accounts.   WHAT YOU’LL DO - Lead the creative strategy and messaging across multiple paid social accounts — from brief through execution. - Conduct performance driven research, and continuously optimize messaging and briefing based on data from the ad platforms & competitor monitoring - Develop high-converting creative concepts grounded in consumer insight and platform behavior. - Write (and guide) strong copy and frameworks that influence perception and drive performance. - Collaborate across design, editing, and media buying to ensure end-to-end creative alignment. - Mentor and support junior creatives, helping them elevate execution and develop strategic thinking. - Present creative ideas and directions to clients and internal teams with clarity and conviction. - Translate performance data and qualitative feedback into actionable creative improvements. - Stay ahead of emerging trends, cultural shifts, and creative formats that move the needle. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR - Exceptional writing ability, ideally in short-form, digital-first content with a portfolio that shows the same. - A strategic and creative mindset — equal parts intuitive and data-informed. - Deep understanding of consumer behavior, platform algorithms, and brand storytelling. - A track record of developing performance-first creative that drives real business results and a knack for interpreting performance data to inform creative pivots. - Confident leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire creative teams. - Passion for mentoring and uplifting o
