What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of professional experience working for fast-growing, global companies, 4+ years experience in Workday Benefits configuration, 2+ years experience configuring core HCM required, Experience in Workday business process configuration, security, and organization configuration, Experience in Workday HCM, Benefits, and Core HCM modules in U. S. and International locations, Experience writing and completing test scenarios for system implementations and enhancements, Experience leading and configuring Compensation grids for the annual review process, understanding of Benefits best practices, HR processes, and compliance, Experience documenting and analyzing requirements, Familiar with Agile methodologies and prioritization, Ability to prioritize workload and deliver enhancements or fixes on time without supervision, Provide accurate timelines, follow-up, and required documentation for change management
Nice to Have
Experience with Workday Benefits, Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking, Knowledge of employment compliance and legal best practices, Experience working with Jira, Zendesk, and other business applications integrating to Workday
What You'll Do.
Own and continuously enhance the Workday Benefits and Compensation module
ensuring scalable and efficient configuration

Scope and prioritize Workday releases
Partner with developers and vendors to enhance Workday integrations

Review proposed system changes to identify opportunities for process improvement and standardization
Triage and configure Workday enhancements or fixes for HCM

Team & Collaboration
Partner cross-functionally with Benefits, HR, Payroll, Finance, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into Workday solutions; Partner with People Operations teams to gather, document, and validate business requirements for programs executed through Workday
