2 to 3 years of hands-on functional configuration experience within the Workday platform, Proven experience with cross-functional security, integration, and reporting elements such as EIBs and calculated fields, understanding of Workday security functionality, including security group assignments and authentication policies, Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with leadership and explain complex technical concepts, Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot technical issues in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have
