Must Have
2 to 3 years of hands-on functional configuration experience within the Workday platform, Proven experience with cross-functional security, integration, and reporting elements such as EIBs and calculated fields, understanding of Workday security functionality, including security group assignments and authentication policies, Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with leadership and explain complex technical concepts, Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot technical issues in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
Workday Pro certification in Absence, Benefits, Time Tracking, or Compensation modules, Previous experience managing Applicant Tracking Systems, specifically Greenhouse ATS, Advanced knowledge of integration tools including Workday Studio, RaaS, and web services APIs, Experience in full-cycle Workday implementations, including project management, data loading, and change management, Knowledge of additional Workday HCM modules and experience in international HRIS environments
