This role operates on a hybrid schedule requiring two days of in-office collaboration per week in our SoHo based office in London. About the Role We are seeking a proactive and data-driven People Partner to support our Global Employee population, with an emphasis on European markets and customer support organizations. Reporting to the Manager of People Partnership, you will operate as a strategic individual contributor, translating team needs into concrete actions that drive performance. You will act as a trusted advisor to your client groups, using your unique perspective to identify trends and recommend initiatives that move the business forward. The ideal candidate is an expert at navigating ambiguity, building meaningful relationships and establishing trust across individuals and leaders.
