Your mission As the People Partner for our EMEA Sales and Customer Success teams, you'll be a trusted strategic partner to leaders who are building, scaling, and navigating change. You'll show up with curiosity, initiative, and a practical mindset, helping leaders create high-performing teams while ensuring people can do their best work. Your scope includes around 60 employees across Switzerland, the UK, and a number of remote team members across Europe. You'll also contribute to ongoing efforts to leverage AI within the People Success team, helping identify opportunities to improve ways of working and support leaders through change. This is an 8-month FTC role, with an ideal start date in August or September 2026. ## Your responsibilities You'll serve as the trusted People Partner for our EMEA Sales and Customer Success teams, building strong relationships with leaders and operating as a true strategic peer.
