3+ years People Operations experience, 3+ years HR Shared Services experience, Hands-on HRIS administration experience, Understanding of UK employment law, Understanding of UK statutory benefits, Understanding of UK HR compliance, Process high volumes of HR transactions, Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets, Comfortable with HRIS reporting tools, Process-improvement mindset, Handle confidential information

Nice to Have

Experience supporting HR administration in Poland, Knowledge of Polish Labour Code, Knowledge of ZUS obligations
