Reporting to our VP People, you'll design and deliver People Operations at Primer - building the systems, programmes, and rituals that help Primigos do their best work as we scale across multiple jurisdictions. This role is fully remote and can be based in the UK, Ireland, or Portugal. WHAT YOU’LL DO People Operations - Own the employee lifecycle end-to-end across our global footprint, continuously improving it based on Primigo feedback and data - Partner with Finance and our payroll providers to deliver accurate, compliant payroll across all our jurisdictions; own resolution of complex cases - Own our benefits programmes globally - design, implementation, and ongoing management - Lead immigration, visa, right-to-work, and global mobility processes; partner with external counsel and support entity setups as we
