Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience), 4+ years of People Operations, HR Operations, HRIS, or related experience, 2+ years of hands-on Workday experience, Experience working in complex organizations with multiple business units, local and international employee populations, Experience processing employee transactions and maintaining employee data in Workday, Experience performing EIB data loads and mass data updates

What You'll Do.
Serve as the first point of contact for
Provide timely and accurate support for employee lifecycle
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless
Identify opportunities to improve service delivery
Perform regular audits and data quality reviews to
Maintain organizational structures including supervisory organizations
Support Workday security administration
including role assignments
Execute and validate mass data updates using Enterprise
Troubleshoot Workday issues and partner with HRIS
Conduct testing for Workday releases
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with
Develop and maintain process documentation
standard operating procedures
