Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, 3-4+ years experience in People Operations, HR Generalist, or HR Operations, Hands-on experience managing mandatory social insurance programs, Experience administering group medical insurance policies, High proficiency in HRIS platforms, High proficiency in payroll systems, High proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, Knowledge of local labor laws, Knowledge of employment regulations, Knowledge of statutory benefits requirements
Nice to Have
Experience with KSA labor laws, Experience with UAE labor laws, Experience with UK labor laws, Experience with MENA labor laws

Manage People Operations activities
Ensure seamless execution of payroll
Ensure seamless execution of benefits administration
Ensure seamless execution of employee lifecycle processes
Ensure seamless execution of HR operations
Maintain adherence to local labor laws
Prepare legally compliant employment contracts
Issue legally compliant employment contracts
Manage onboarding programs

Conduct offboarding procedures

Issue experience certificates

Prepare payroll inputs
