This person owns the day-to-day execution of HR operations, runs HRIS administration, partners with our external compensation consultant on data integrity, and applies AI tools to make the function faster and sharper. This is an individual contributor role with high impact. If you take pride in clean data, fast resolution, and finding leverage through tooling and AI, this role is for you.
