5-7 years HR Operations experience, Hands-on ownership of an HRIS, At least one full performance review and compensation cycle run, Demonstrated use of AI tools, Comfort with AI tools, written communication, service mindset, Discretion and sound judgment
Nice to Have
15Five administration experience, Experience with employee engagement initiatives, Familiarity with talent acquisition/recruitment, Experience with Paidwell or similar comp consulting partners, Advanced spreadsheet skills, Experience working with PEOs/EoRs

Own day-to-day HR operations
Run HRIS administration
Partner with compensation consultant
Administer BambooHR end-to-end
Manage 15Five operations
Own new hire onboarding experience
Support compensation cycle
Perform detailed operations work
Utilize AI tools across People function
Conduct employee data audits
Create documentation and SOPs
Administer variable compensation structures
Own swag budget and gifting programs
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partner with external compensation consultant; Work directly with Paidwell; Serve as operational bridge between Sales, Finance, and system of record
