What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8+ years of experience across People Analytics, People Operations, Workforce Insights, People Technology, or related transformation-focused roles, Proven experience building dashboards, insight packs, reporting rhythms or analytics capabilities that inform leadership decision-making, Experience leading process redesign, operating model improvements or cross-functional People transformation initiatives, understanding of governance, controls, data integrity and documentation in a People or other regulated operating environment, Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into practical insights, clear recommendations and measurable operational change, stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across leaders, People Partners, Shared Services Center, Payroll, TA, Rewards and other functional teams
Nice to Have
Experience using AI, automation or workflow tooling to improve People processes in practical, scalable ways, Experience supporting market setup, payroll transitions, mobility processes or other multi-stakeholder operational changes, Experience working directly with senior leaders on strategic workforce, business planning or board-level people discussions, Experience across multiple People domains such as workforce planning, performance, rewards, talent acquisition, employee experience and core People Operations
