We are looking for an eager and motivated Senior People Consultant to join our team on a fixed term basis to provide continued support during a team leave. The team works directly with leaders and employees to provide performance coaching, guidance on policies and procedures and support through sophisticated scenarios. We serve as trusted advisors to the business, regularly partnering across various teams to develop policies/processes, and using data and insights to drive decision making.
