What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10+ years of HR experience, including business partnership and employee relations work, experience handling complex employee relations issues and workplace investigations, Skilled at building trust and influencing leaders across multiple levels of an organization, Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments with shifting priorities, communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills, Experience driving organizational change and implementing People programs or processes, Solid understanding of employment law and HR best practices
Nice to Have
Master’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or similar HR certification, Experience supporting high-growth or rapidly changing organizations, analytical skills and experience using HR metrics to inform strategy
