What They're Looking For.
Must Have
EU citizenship and/or a valid work permit, Commercial apprenticeship, ideally with additional qualification in human resources or payroll, Several years of professional experience in payroll (industrial company or 3-shift system) – ideally as Senior or in a comparable role, Very good knowledge of tax, social security, and labor law, Experience with common payroll systems (e.g., SAP HCM, DATEV, LOGA, UKG or comparable systems), Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel, High accuracy, sense of responsibility, and discretion, Independent, reliable, and structured way of working, Strong service orientation and enjoyment of teamwork, Good English skills
Nice to Have
Additional qualification in human resources or payroll
What You'll Do.
Independent processing of monthly payroll for a defined group of employees
Maintenance and administration of master personnel data and payroll-relevant information
Contact person for employees
and external bodies (authorities
health insurance companies
insurance companies) in all payroll-related matters
Ensuring compliance with legal
and social security regulations
Preparation of evaluations
and statistics for HR and management
Support of annual closing activities (e.g.
wage tax certificates
social security notifications
Participation in projects for the further development and digitalization of payroll processes

Close cooperation with HR administration, Finance, and external service providers

Good English skills
