We are looking for individuals who thrive on making an impact and want the excitement of being on a team that wins. **Job Description** The Senior Payroll Specialist is responsible for end‑to‑end Canadian payroll processing across multiple provinces. This role ensures accuracy, compliance, and timely payroll delivery while supporting payroll projects, system enhancements, and process improvements. Partners closely with HR, Finance, and external vendors. **Key Responsibilities** * Process Canadian payroll for employees across multiple provinces * Audit payroll data and resolve discrepancies * Administer hires, terminations, ROEs, leaves, and payroll adjustments * Ensure compliance with CRA and provincial legislation * Manage statutory remittances (CPP, EI, income tax) * Prepare year‑end filings (T4, T4A, RL‑1) * Reconcile payroll to the general ledger * Respond to employee payroll inquiries * Partner with HR, Finance, and third‑party vendors **Project & Process Responsibilities** * Lead payroll‑related projects (system updates, configuration changes, new process rollouts) * Support Workday, ADP Workforce Now, or ADP Workforce Manager enhancements and testing * Maintain payroll documentation, SOPs, and process maps * Identify and implement process improvements * Support internal and external audits * Assist with new policy, program, or regulatory implementations **Basic Qualifications** * 10+ years Canadian payroll experience * PCP certification required * Strong knowledge of CRA and provincial payroll legislation * Experience with Workday
