Manage monthly payroll variables
Review and validate payroll outputs
Stay up to date on payroll regulations
Address queries related to payroll
Identify opportunities to streamline payroll processes
Provide cross-functional support to the team
Support implementation of changes to policies

Team & Collaboration
Collaboration with external payroll provider; Key point of contact for employees and internal stakeholders; Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships

Solid communication skills; Proficiency both in Italian and English
