Must Have
5+ years of deep experience in payroll administration, experience navigating the complexities of international operations, highly proficient in HRIS systems, in-depth understanding of UK and French employment laws, fluent in English
Nice to Have
Dayforce experience, fluent in French, Previous experience working within the fast-paced Software as a Service sector, Hands-on experience managing RSU, Equity, Commission, and Bonus calculations, background working in multinational environments with a focus on meeting high-level KPIs and SLAs
What You'll Do.
Lead the monthly payroll charge for the UK and France with 100% accuracy
ensuring every legislative filing from HMRC RTI to French DSN transmissions is executed perfectly
Act as the resident subject matter expert on regional nuances
from UK pension auto-enrolment to French social charges
ensuring our relationships with URSSAF and HMRC are flawless
Serve as the regional champion for Ceridian Dayforce
driving system enhancements
ensuring the data bridge between our global HCM and payroll remains unbreakable
Partner closely with Legal and HR to navigate complex involuntary terminations
and the intricacies of the French solde de tout compte
Maintain forensic-level data integrity for GDPR compliance
reconciling internal records with external providers for ESPP
and medical insurance
Team up with Finance during month-end close to provide detailed GL files and variance analysis
Act as the ultimate escalation point for payroll inquiries
creating clear FAQs and webinars that help Docebians understand their payslips and tax changes with ease
