The Opportunity — Remote (USA / Canada) We are looking for a Senior Payroll Operations Specialist I to serve as an advanced practitioner and escalation point on our Payroll Operations team. In this role, you'll own complex remittance operations, payroll corrections, and union compliance across a high-volume, multi-state environment — holding a high bar for accuracy, SLA performance, and documentation. Beyond executing at an exceptional level yourself, you'll mentor teammates, surface process improvements, and partner cross-functionally to resolve root-cause issues.
