Manage end-to-end processing of contractor payrolls
Calculate and process ad hoc payments
Maintain and update payroll records
Perform detailed payroll validation checks
Ensure ongoing reconciliation of payroll data
Prepare and perform electronic funds transfers
Manage employee expense reimbursements
Manage corporate credit card reconciliations
Reconcile vendor statements monthly
Assist with month-end closing activities
Assist with accrual preparations
Maintain the integrity of the Accounts Payable Ledger
Act as a key point of contact for
Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies
Manage overpayment recoveries
Distribute payslips and payroll communications
Provide support and coverage for Payroll Officers
Proactively communicate payroll deadlines and requirements
