What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5 years’ experience processing large end-to-end Australian payroll, Working knowledge of Australian payroll including relevant tax legislation, superannuation, statutory requirements, and awards and enterprise agreements, Certificate IV in Payroll Administration or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree
Nice to Have
Experience in New Zealand payroll, Previous experience in a payroll outsourcing environment, Other relevant payroll‑related certifications and/or demonstrated on‑the‑job experience in payroll processing, including hands‑on system and legislative experience
What You'll Do.
Delivering end-to-end payroll processing to a diverse group of local and international clients
Supporting clients with compliance on payroll statutory obligations and reporting requirements
Maintenance of client’s employee master data
Responding to payroll-related inquiries ranging from employee queries to employer obligations
Work with senior team members to drive new levels of efficiency and innovative solutions that create value for clients
Assist in business development activities
Be involved in payroll implementation for new clients
including system testing
associated project work and go-live tasks
