5+ years of end-to-end payroll experience, Philippine payroll expertise, Experience handling high-volume payroll (1,000+ employees preferred), Solid understanding of benefits and compensation processes, Experience in fast-paced environments (BPO/shared services highly valued)
Nice to Have
multi-country exposure as a plus, Familiarity with Sprout payroll system is a plus
